You will spend a day learning about the basics of Gelli printing, this form of mono-printing with gelatine plates is an easy and a playful method of printing, interesting textures and patterns can be produced without the need for a press. You will be expertly guided on how to experiment with this technique, layering, masking, stamping and using found objects from around the home for mark making. You will also be shown ideas of how and where to use your printed papers. You will come away from the workshop with a range of different monoprints printed onto A3 cartridge paper.

You will need to bring a packed lunch or visit one of the delightful local eateries, but otherwise all materials and teas/coffees and biscuits will be provided.
